I graduated in 2015 as a PhD\u00a0in Transportation Engineering at the Institute of Transportation Studies at University of California, Irvine, under the supervision of Prof. Recker.<\/p>\n
My thesis, entitled\u00a0Modeling Shared-use Urban Mobility Systems to Increase System Performance <\/em><\/span>is about the modeling of the bike sharing rebalancing operations and Car2work, a new urban mobility concept to connect commuters to workplaces.\u00a0My goal is to find solutions to urban mobility<\/span><\/strong> challenges and make life easier.<\/p>\n I also co-founded Kaleri<\/a> a start-up that uses Beacon technology to connect Artist, Museums and Galleries with art lovers. I discovered the Bluetooth potential\u00a0in a class project at UCI where we were monitoring traffic flows using Bluetooth antennas and pinging in vehicle Bluetooth devices.<\/p>\n In 2009, I graduated from the Escola T\u00e8cnica Superior d\u2019Enginyers Industrials i Aeron\u00e0utics de Terrassa (ETSEIAT) and I did an MSc in Transport Policy and Business Management at Loughborough University, UK in 2010.<\/p>\n I also worked as an Intern at ALSTOM transport, a rolling stock company manufacturer, from June 2008 to July 2009, managing the supplier panel and developing a tool to forecast suppliers\u2019 workload.<\/p>\n I am passionate about soccer and I like cinema, traveling and discovering new cultures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" I graduated in 2015 as a PhD\u00a0in Transportation Engineering at the Institute of Transportation Studies at University of California, Irvine, under the supervision of Prof. Recker.
